We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated new Sales Associate to join our team—and you don't even need a real estate license to apply! In fact, we will pay you an hourly wage to take your required courses.

Your Day-to-Day:

You will be based out of your own dedicated office right inside one of our beautiful model homes! When you aren't studying for your exam, you will be getting hands-on, real-world experience. You will partner directly with a licensed agent every single day to: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with potential buyers. Schedule and coordinate property appointments. Learn absolutely everything about the amazing homes we build and our proven sales process. Absorb the daily ins and outs of the real estate industry from industry pros.
