Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders accurately. Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to standards. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions. Maintain clean and organized counters and dining areas. Restock supplies and merchandise as needed Answer customer questions and resolve routine concerns. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment Basic cash-handling and computer skills Previous café or food-service experience is a plus.
