  • Chattanooga Vapor Co & Hemp is hiring at our Cleveland location!
If you are enthusiastic about vape & hemp products, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers, we invite you to apply for the retail sales associate position. We are looking for two great people to join our already awesome team: One full time closer; shifts are 2-10pm; 38 hours weekly. One part time person (with potential for full time hours as needed). This is a closing position to start. Additional shifts may vary, but will typically be 11am-8pm. Weekend availability is required; open availability is a plus. Reliable transportation is required. You must be 21 to work with us. We are a busy store! Please do not call to check the status of your application; Human Resources will contact you through Indeed to arrange an interview. We offer generous employee discounts after training has been completed. After one year of full time employment, we offer vacation and sick leave for full time employees.
Duties:
  • Sell vape and hemp products to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Basic cleaning and store maintenance
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Experience:
  • Proven experience in retail sales
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate product information clearly
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
  • Ability to effectively upsell products to meet customer needs Starting pay is $12.
00 per hour. After successfully completing your first 30 days of employment, your pay will be increased to $13/hour. We are a 21+ establishment, and you must be 21 years or older to work with us! Please answer the questions to be considered.
