Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance with product inquiries across various departments, including produce and general merchandise. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move stock throughout the store and warehouse areas. Manage inventory control processes by stocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and utilizing RF scanners for accurate tracking. Maintain a clean, organized store environment by performing routine cleaning duties, merchandising products effectively, and ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations, proper packaging of products, and adherence to safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation, and other material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently and perform accurate retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Previous retail store experience or grocery store background is preferred to understand merchandising and customer service expectations. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safe lifting practices; physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy objects regularly. Basic math skills necessary for inventory management, retail transactions, and stock calculations.
