Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed neatly and organized for easy access. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate promotions and sales to customers to encourage purchases. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, ensuring professionalism at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and courteously. Sell products effectively by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance customer interactions.
