What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Manager Guide customers through the enrollment process while creating a professional and positive customer experience. Support the day-to-day performance of the sales team by helping team members stay organized, motivated, and focused on goals. Assist with onboarding and training new team members by sharing product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, and best practices. Work alongside leadership to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and help implement strategies that support team goals. Develop leadership skills by participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions. Assist with daily business operations and team coordination while learning how different areas of the organization work together. Help foster a positive, collaborative team environment and lead by example through strong communication, professionalism, and work ethic.
