Duties Customer Engagement:

Greet shoppers warmly and offer expert guidance on current fashion trends, apparel fits, fabrics, and wardrobe coordination.

Styling & Sales:

Provide personalized outfit recommendations, assist with fitting room management, and upsell complementary accessories to elevate the customer experience.

POS & Checkout:

Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling, credit transactions, gift cards, returns, and digital receipts efficiently while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Visual Merchandising:

Stock sales floor racks, fold apparel to brand standards, maintain mannequin displays, and ensure high visual standards across all merchandise areas.

Inventory Management:

Receive, unpack, sensor, and price new inventory shipments; perform regular inventory counts and restock sold items promptly from the stockroom.

Omnichannel & Service:

Answer phone inquiries regarding product availability, assist with hold requests, and process buy-online-pick-up-in-store (BOPIS) orders.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including keeping the sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms tidy.

Experience Experience:
