Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Learn and operate shipping software
• Learn and maintain excellence in packaging customer merchandise for shipment
• Operate laser printing and finishing equipment as needed to assist customer print jobs
• Maintain an organized and welcoming storefront environment, performing cleaning tasks as directed

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer-facing sales preferred
• Attention to detail in following both verbal and written instructions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
• Basic Windows OS proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
