Duties Assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert advice, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system transactions, and inventory control. Support sales team members by coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies. Oversee stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management to maintain an organized shopping environment. Supervise shift activities, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure operational standards are met consistently. Handle employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and participate in interviewing potential new hires. Utilize management skills to oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative responsibilities related to store operations. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with strong leadership capabilities. Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math including pricing and budgeting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage managerial conversations confidently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Experience in recruiting, training staff, supervising teams, and managing operational functions such as cash handling and stock control. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and financial tasks; familiarity with payroll processes is a plus. Knowledge of retail industry standards including customer service excellence, phone etiquette, time management, and operational procedures.
