Responsibilities include walking sales floor to answer questions, climbing ladders to retrieve products from displays, light lifting of items to the front desk, legibly handwriting sales tickets, tallying sales tickets using a calculator, collecting tender for purchases, figuring and supplying correct change when applicable, bubble wrapping/bagging items, and gift wrapping when requested. Other retail, office, and clerical tasks as needed. Event coordination and product display assistance periodically. Ability to communicate well in a friendly, genuine, upbeat manner is important. Basic financial, organizational, phone, and processing skills required. Retail sales experience not required but beneficial.
