9:40am•8:00pm About the Role CBD Plus USA is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Full-Time Store Associate for our Lenoir City location. This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for someone who thrives on hitting goals, building larger baskets, and confidently guiding customers toward the best products for their needs. As a stationary associate, you are a core part of your store's performance. You help drive consistent results, build repeat business, and elevate the overall customer experience every single shift. What You'll Do Drive daily sales by delivering a confident, consultative customer experience Increase average transaction value through upselling, bundling, and cross-selling Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat visits Maintain deep product knowledge across CBD oils, edibles, topicals, accessories, and more Overcome objections and recommend solutions based on customer goals Support inventory management by receiving, restocking, rotating product, and monitoring expiration dates Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-focused floor presentation Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Stay informed on industry trends and cannabis regulations Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals What We're Looking For Strong sales ability with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Passion for customer service and delivering an engaging experience Genuine interest in CBD and cannabis products Excellent communication skills with the confidence to educate and close Previous retail sales experience preferred (cannabis, wellness, or specialty retail a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Basic math skills and POS proficiency Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (required) Must be 21+ years old What Success Looks Like Consistently contributing to strong store sales performance Increasing cart averages through confident product recommendations Creating loyal, returning customers Bringing positive energy and professionalism to every shift Being dependable, coachable, and results-driven If you are motivated by performance, enjoy educating customers, and want to grow with a fast-moving retail brand, we encourage you to apply.
