Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available Good at Listening. Knows How to Close. This Retail Associate role in Lynchburg, TN is for someone who knows how to work a conversation into an opportunity. You'll find leads, manage your pipeline, and keep deals moving without a lot of red tape. It's a good fit for someone who delivers results and closes the loop. What You'll Do Find, develop, and manage sales opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage active conversations and keep deals moving forward Follow up consistently to ensure opportunities are completed Represent the company professionally in all interactions Perform other related duties as assigned. Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products Greet customers as they enter the store and help them to find the proper team member to assist them Utilize the company's system to cash customers out or administer returns Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times What You Bring A high school diploma or GED Clean background check Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfort managing multiple conversations and priorities Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through Basic computer skills and familiarity with common business tools Ability to learn products, services, or processes quickly Willingness to participate in training and development Must be 18+
