Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of merchandise Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Upsell products by recommending additional items that meet customer needs Handle cash register operations including cash drawer management, refunds, and exchanges Maintain knowledge of store products and current promotions to answer customer inquiries effectively Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining store standards Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock counts Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle cash handling procedures responsibly and accurately manage cash drawers Basic math skills for processing transactions, giving change, and balancing registers Effective phone etiquette for communicating clearly with customers over the phone or online inquiries Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
