Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Operate the cash register accurately, handle retail sales transactions, and manage cash drawer with integrity Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain well-stocked shelves by stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring proper merchandising standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive shopping environment Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or training new staff Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills combined with excellent customer service abilities Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and inventory management practices Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Join us as a Full-Time Sales Associate and become part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail!
