Full Job Description The company is hiring a Graphic Designer/Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity by designing a variety of signs for multiple industries. Since this job deals with a diverse range of clients, it's essential that you have a good foundation of Design to adapt to different specifications from day-to-day. In addition, you will be managing our customers' journey from initial contact to a project's completion.

Graphic Designer/Salesperson Responsibilities:

Courteously accommodating and taking note of customers' wants. Giving creative suggestions to tweak and optimize the clients' signs. Collecting any design pegs, logos, or icons needed for the project. Determining sign specifications (size, shape, color, quantity, lead time). Drafting and editing actual designs. Coordinating with the client regarding drafts and necessary edits. Gaining approval on your project's design. Beginning the production process (select material and initiate printing). Entering project specifications on the in-house software for job tracking. Keeping track of lead times to ensure timely completion of projects.

Working Conditions/Requirements:

On-site, indoor work at Morristown Signs. Good application of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience working in the Sign Manufacturing industry. (nice to have but not a must) Good communication skills. Positive attitude towards learning and collaborating.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
