Come and join our team $10,000 sign on bonus Summary As an Automotive Salesperson, you will drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dealership environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage core skills in customer relationship building, retail sales, and closing to meet and exceed sales targets. Your role involves explaining financing options, guiding customers through vehicle features, and maintaining strong product knowledge. Premium capabilities in negotiation, B2B and high-end sales, and pipeline management will help you grow revenue and cultivate lasting client relationships. Your contribution supports the dealership's growth and reputation in the automotive market. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and present suitable vehicle options to meet their requirements. Demonstrate and explain features, pricing, and financing options; negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on leads, and manage a steady sales pipeline. Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and competitive offerings; ensure accurate documentation and compliant transactions. Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale support. Qualifications Proven dealership experience and strong customer relationship skills Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in automotive retail Proficient in retail sales, product knowledge, and closing deals Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation abilities Experience with automotive financing options and sales pipeline management Strong organizational skills, inventory awareness, and ability to upsell Multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus for diverse customers

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
