Full-Time | In-Person Xcelerate Group is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with products and services in a retail environment. This position involves direct, face-to-face interaction with customers. Retail Sales Associates answer questions, explain available products and services, assist customers with purchases, and provide professional customer service throughout each interaction. Paid training is provided for new employees. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Answer questions about available products and services. Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions. Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options. Assist customers with purchases, transactions, and required documentation. Maintain accurate information related to customer transactions. Follow company and retail location policies and procedures. Maintain a professional and organized work area. Work cooperatively with other team members. Attend required training and team meetings. Participate in occasional local promotional or community events when scheduled. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Professional and dependable. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Ability to learn product and service information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
