Applicants without sales experience will be automatically rejected. We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Responsibilities Answering all customer inquiries (in store and online) Help customers through the custom design jewelry process, purchase of engagement rings, and fine jewelry Assess and take in work orders for repairs. Continuously learn and implement business and sales best practices Maintain a clean and organized work environment Punctual, reliable attendance. We value a workplace built on teamwork. Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
