NOW HIRING - PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE

Buckle & Hide Leather | Smyrna, TN Buckle & Hide Leather is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable individual to join our team for a temporary part-time position during the holiday season, with the possibility of continued employment after the holidays. We're a locally owned leather shop looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has previous retail sales experience, and is comfortable handling a variety of daily store responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Assist customers with purchases and provide friendly, helpful service. Operate the cash register and process sales transactions. Sew patches onto leather vests, jackets, and other leather items. Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Assist with receiving merchandise, monitoring inventory needs, and packing customer orders as needed. Qualifications Previous retail sales floor experience is required. Previous sewing experience is required , including experience operating a sewing machine and working with heavier materials such as canvas, denim, or leather. Experience sewing leather products, including attaching patches to leather vests and jackets, is preferred. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently when needed. Knowledge of leather products, apparel, and accessories is a plus. Must be available to work scheduled shifts during business hours of 9 AM-5 PM, Monday through Saturday.
