Responsibilities Welcome and engage store visitors, providing personalized customer service to build client relationships. Assist customers with purchasing jewelry, selecting timepieces, and taking in repair orders. Process sales, returns, and repair deposits accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle basic cash management. Maintain attractive display cases and coordinate daily merchandising to enhance product presentation. Perform basic inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and report low stock levels. Address customer questions regarding pricing, warranty details, and care instructions with professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment adhering to safety protocols. Support promotional events and store marketing campaigns as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for smooth transaction processing. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of jewelry, watch servicing, or repair intake is a plus. Bilingual abilities(Spanish and English) are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base. High school diploma or equivalent.
