Flexible Scheduling We're currently hiring for multiple positions and offer flexible scheduling options. Whether you're looking for approximately 20 hours per week , close to full-time hours , or something in between, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales Associate / Cashier , you'll help create an outstanding shopping experience while supporting our mission through: Welcoming customers with friendly, exceptional service Building positive relationships with shoppers, donors, and team members Operating the register accurately and efficiently Assisting with opening and closing procedures Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Merchandising, pricing, stocking, and organizing inventory Creating attractive displays and supporting markdown activities Processing donations and helping keep the sales floor well stocked Following company standards for professionalism, attendance, and appearance Pitching in wherever needed to support team success What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, positive, and passionate about helping others Dependable and committed to providing excellent customer service Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a busy retail environment Comfortable following written and verbal instructions Team-oriented and respectful of people from all backgrounds and experiences Retail experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Work primarily indoors in a retail environment Stand and move throughout the store for extended periods Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Reach items above shoulder level as needed Why ACBES?
