- Help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Generate new business through referrals, social media, phone calls, and community involvement.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
- Assist customers throughout the entire buying process.
- Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory.
- Work as part of a positive, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
