Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you would provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the products that best meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be key to driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide & showcase features and benefits of products, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit/debit card payments as well as split pay transactions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, driving sales through effective communication. Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products, promotions, and store policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain standards of customer service. Skills Proficient on cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to sell products. Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. If you're someone who vapes, that's a plus.
