14.82 per hour

Work Hours:

Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Days and hours vary. Two days off per week.

General Job Duties:

Sort and prepare merchandise for sale. Remove clothing based on color. Restock depleted merchandise (softlines only). Use material handling supplies to transport, move, and sort donations. Answer telephones. Responsible for the overall appearance and merchandising of the sales floor and work area. Performs all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store. Other duties as requested.

Skills/Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail material handling preferred. The ability to recognize quality products in softlines and merchandise softline product in preparation for the sales floor. Being a team player is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, and lifting 50 pounds occasionally. Some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing 7 days a week is preferred. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time and be sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility.

Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
