Job Description

Inside Sales Representative
  • Core Products Company Core Products Company is a long-established manufacturer of high-quality cleaning solutions, serving B2B customers across the United States and internationally for more than 50 years.
We are experiencing strong growth and are looking to add a driven Sales Development Representative to our team. This role offers hourly base pay plus a competitive commission structure , giving high performers the ability to earn well above average. If you're proactive, competitive, and hungry to grow your sales skills, this opportunity puts you directly in front of new and existing customers while selling a diverse line of proven cleaning products. We're looking for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment, brings energy to every call, and knows how to turn conversations into revenue. Key Responsibilities Spend approximately 90-95% of your day on the phone Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads generated through our advanced lead-generation software Build rapport, nurture existing customers, and develop new relationships Research, identify, and qualify potential accounts Explain product features and provide technical information to support the sales process Close new business generated from marketing efforts and your own outreach Expand existing customer accounts by reviewing purchase history and recommending additional or related products Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle Qualifications Minimum 1 year of proven phone-based sales experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Skilled in active listening, objection handling, and opportunity discovery Persistent and resilient; able to rebound quickly after a lost sale Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong PC skills; CRM experience is a plus Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and stay organized Creative problem solver who can think quickly and suggest solutions Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence Open-minded and able to work with minimal supervision Bilingual candidates are a plus Benefits Simple IRA with company match Paid vacation time in your first year Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM
