Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive store sales, rentals, and lesson enrollment in a fast-paced music retail environment. You will greet and advise customers, match students and educators with the right band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and repair services, and promote private lessons. Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS transactions, merchandising, maintaining clean, organized displays, and meeting sales goals. You'll collaborate with store and school service teams, provide exceptional customer service, and support Music & Arts' mission of expanding access to music education.
