Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to contribute to daily operations at our vibrant flower shop. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service, team culture, floral design, and can thrive in a retail environment. As a Team Member, you will inspire and work well with other team members, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain the shop's organization and visual appeal. . Responsibilities Contribute to daily shop operations, including sales, merchandising, stocking, and floral arrangement preparation Provide outstanding customer service Requirements Proven experience in retail sales and customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transaction This is a full time position per week consisting of 35-40 Hours, including Saturdays. We are seeking applicants who are reliable and have a flexible schedule. Shifts are normally 10am
- 7pm, 11am
- 7pm, or 8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am
- 5pm.
Pay:
$14.00- $16.
