This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that directly impacts customer experience, food safety, and daily store operations. We are a small, locally owned business focused on quality, integrity, and teamwork. Reliability and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, service counters, and equipment Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Complete opening, operating, and closing cleaning tasks Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service Follow all workplace policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Food service experience preferred , but not required Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting Willingness to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

Hourly position Weekly pay Scheduling varies based on business needs and seasonality Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Training:

All new hires complete a 21-day introductory period On-the-job training provided

Work Environment:

Food preparation and service setting Standing, moving, and multitasking required Clean, safety-focused workplace
