Responsibilities Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing information about services and events. Manage event logistics, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Provide food service as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events. Skills Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience working with children is a plus, enhancing the ability to engage with younger audiences. Proficient in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of events management principles to assist in planning and executing successful gatherings. Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately. Background in food service to ensure quality dining experiences for guests. A solid foundation in hospitality practices, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with theater operations is beneficial for engaging with diverse audiences.
