Temporary/Seasonal A major entertainment and experiential retail company is seeking Seasonal Retail Crew Members to support a high-profile new retail and guest experience during the holiday season. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on inventory and back-of-house operations , while also supporting the sales floor and guest experience as needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming merchandise. Identify and organize products by SKU and efficiently move inventory to the sales floor. Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish merchandise throughout the day. Rotate between inventory, sales floor, register, and general operational support based on business needs. Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking, recovery, and merchandise organization. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with questions. Operate a cashless POS system and assist with transactions. Follow company safety and operational procedures. Lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 lbs. Support additional operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Previous retail experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with inventory, SKUs, receiving, or stocking . Boutique or client-focused retail experience is a plus. Hospitality, attractions, food & beverage, or customer service experience will also be considered. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Able to adapt to changing priorities and jump in wherever support is needed.
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available 4+ days per week , including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are generally 6-8 hours . Broad availability is required; limited evening availability will not meet the needs of the role. Paid onboarding and hands-on training will be provided. Assignment is expected to run through approximately early January , with potential for extension or permanent opportunities based on business needs and performance.
