full-time Front-of-House Retail Support Associate - Luxury Retail We are seeking polished and customer-focused Retail Support Associates to join prestigious luxury retail locations throughout the Dallas area (NorthPark).
Position Details:
Pay:
$20/hour Full-time hours Rotating weekend availability required Temporary-to-hire opportunity Potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide a high level of hospitality Support the sales team throughout the customer experience Maintain an organized and visually polished sales floor Assist with product replenishment, packaging, and light inventory needs Help manage fitting rooms, customer flow, and front-of-house operations Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Luxury retail experience is a plus Polished, professional, and customer-service oriented Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including rotating weekends Interested in growing within the luxury retail industry This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with leading luxury fashion brands and potentially transition into a permanent position.
