Your communication skills will help create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Work hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Assist customers through , email, and online messaging platforms to answer inquiries and guide purchasing decisions Process online orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery coordination Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across multiple categories to provide informed recommendations Pull inventory items to fulfill online orders Contact customers to inform them of any out of stock items or questions on their order Must have attention to detail to ensure that all orders are completed to correctly Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments preferred Demonstrated ability to handle retail math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory management Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic approach to engaging customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a online setting Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online order processing, and retail technology tools is a plus Basic computer skills and phone etiquette required
