The role involves ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, including those with disabilities. You would arrive on October 22nd at 12PM for a 3-4 hours and work full days 10/23-10/25. You would need to have a valid drivers license and full availability for the entire weekend. for this position. Accessibility Support Staff Collaborate closely with Guest Services personnel to deliver outstanding customer support. Facilitate wheelchair assistance upon request through the text hotline or dispatch services. Promote awareness among guests regarding accessible routes. Ensure proper allocation of accessible seating to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction. Responsively handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with politeness and helpfulness. Disseminate important event information, including accessible facilities, services, and amenities Advocate for the significance of accessibility and inclusivity throughout the event.
