Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively in retail environments. Your keen eye for visual design and ability to understand market trends will help enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Work closely with Installtion Ira Green Manager ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Weekly hours range from 15-20 per week. Duties Collaborate with store management to optimize product displays that attract customers and stimulate sales. Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards. Communicate regularly with management regarding inventory levels, stock issues, and merchandising needs. Requirements Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of visual design principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and store personnel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for sales and understanding customer behavior is highly desirable.
