Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and support music education in our retail environment. In this role, you'll lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging students, parents, and educators, recommending band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that meet their needs. You'll open and close the store, handle transactions, manage merchandising and inventory, and help train junior associates. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and a passion for music and community engagement in a performance-driven culture.
