Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our operation.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in math for processing transactions
• Familiarity with landscape and construction products is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required
• Good sales skills with the ability to determine customers needs
