As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, explain available auto glass services, assist with scheduling, and provide a professional customer experience. Compensation:

$46,000 - $64,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions Identify common windshield concerns such as rock chips, cracks, and other damage Explain available auto glass repair and replacement services Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available services Assist customers with the insurance claims process Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments Maintain a professional and organized customer experience Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in training and coaching to develop sales and customer service skills

Qualifications:
