We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of the store by ensuring a smooth opening and closing process, maintaining operational standards, and providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities Open and close the store following established company procedures. Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Supervise and support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Provide leadership and direction to a team of up to 12 employees during assigned shifts. Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving concerns professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives. Train and mentor team members as needed to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of previous Keyholder experience required. Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience handling cash and performing daily cash reconciliation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements Full-time position Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as business needs require. Ability to stand for extended periods. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
