The UPS Store - La Vernia - is seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our staff and deliver true, hometown customer service. This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to build practical skills , contribute to the daily operations of a locally owned, small business, and learn to run one . A fast track to leadership is available for the ideal candidate.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an associate, you will work directly with customers and team members to support a wide range of services, including: Printing Designing Packing Shipping Notarizing

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL

Provide friendly, professional customer service with a hometown approach Be comfortable learning and performing multiple tasks Have strong communication and problem-solving skills Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Work well in a team-oriented environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is helpful, but not required Experience with design software is a plus Willingness to learn store systems and operational procedures
