Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting pet supplies, grooming information, and pet care. Baking and decorating dog cakes (preferably experienced) Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing payments accurately. Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance the shopping experience. Manage inventory levels by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting stock checks regularly. Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about grooming or store services. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure organized store operations and a welcoming environment. Responsible for daily cleaning and maintaining cleanliness. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred Knowledge of pet care and baking highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts is beneficial. Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs more effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike. Demonstrated organizational skills for stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory efficiently.
