Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their needs effectively Assist shoppers with product information, including conducting engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Upsell relevant products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory Manage stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and organizing backroom storage efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support cashiering duties by processing transactions swiftly while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar fast-paced environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management enhances your fit for this role Knowledge of retail operations such as cashiering, inventory management, and customer service best practices Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
