Magnolia Ritual is a locally owned Texas apothecary and retail shop in Magnolia, TX. We handcraft many of our products right here in the shop, host workshops and community events, support local makers, and believe that a great customer experience comes from genuine hospitality and a team that takes pride in what they do. We're looking for a part-time Retail & Production Associate who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and comfortable jumping between customer service and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small business running. This is not a position where you'll spend your shift standing behind a register. Some days you may be helping customers choose a scent, restocking the shop, labeling products, filling laundry wash, preparing for an event, cleaning the workspace, or helping with production, sometimes all in the same shift. What you'll do: Welcome customers and provide warm, knowledgeable service Learn our products and confidently help customers find what they need Operate the POS system and accurately handle purchases Restock, organize, clean, and maintain the sales floor throughout the day Assist with making, filling, labeling, packaging, and preparing products Pay close attention to labels, barcodes, quantities, recipes, and other production details Help prepare for workshops, parties, markets, seasonal launches, and special events Notice what needs to be done and take initiative rather than waiting to be asked Work independently when needed while also being a dependable part of our small team We'd love someone who: Is genuinely friendly and enjoys talking with customers Is reliable, punctual, and takes their work seriously Has strong attention to detail Can stay productive during both busy and slower periods Is comfortable learning new tasks and following instructions carefully Takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, stocked, and organized Is comfortable being on their feet and performing hands-on retail and production work Works well independently and with a team Is willing to pitch in wherever needed Availability This is a part-time position with weekday and weekend shifts. Weekend availability is important and is a regular part of this position. Occasional evening availability may also be needed for workshops, parties, Girls Night Out, and other special events. Pay:

$11-$15 per hour, based on experience and availability. Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but we're equally interested in finding someone with a great work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
