Salary pay•Discussed during the interview Job Summary The Front Counter Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with garment drop-off and pick-up, and ensuring accurate order processing. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Receive, tag, and process customer garments accurately Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Communicate customer requests or concerns to production staff Qualifications Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and cash-handling skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
