Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Assist with merchandising by organizing shelves, restocking items, and ensuring attractive displays that catch shoppers' eyes Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, checking inventory, and participating in regular stock counts Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support store operations through cashiering duties, basic math calculations for transactions, and ensuring accurate retail math practices Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
