We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals ready to grow their careers in new home sales while supporting top-performing Sales Professionals. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the stages of the homebuying journey while gaining hands-on experience in new home sales. What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing, while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience. Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge Requirements What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
