We're hiring Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our in-store team supporting Spectrum as a retail telecommunications partner inside major retail stores. You'll work face-to-face with customers, helping them understand available internet, mobile, and entertainment options while developing professional sales and communication skills. No previous sales or telecommunications experience is required. What Does the Job Actually Look Like? You'll work at an assigned retail location and interact directly with shoppers. Throughout your shift, you'll: Approach and greet customers Start professional conversations Ask about their current internet or mobile services Identify what they're looking for Explain relevant Spectrum services and current offers Answer product and service questions Recommend options based on customer needs Assist interested customers with enrollment Work toward individual and team goals This is an active sales and customer-facing position . You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for calls. It is not remote, call-center, or door-to-door work.
