This unique position combines traditional jewelry sales with the exciting world of live social selling. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with customers in our showroom while also showcasing jewelry and driving sales through Facebook Live, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms. This is not simply a social media position. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating exceptional customer experiences, and confidently closing sales both in person and online. What You'll DoIn-Store Sales Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to purchase. Build trust and long-term relationships that create repeat business and referrals. Assist customers in selecting jewelry that celebrates life's special moments. Follow up with customer inquiries, leads, and previous clients. Meet individual and team sales goals. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on inventory and promotions. Help ensure showcases, displays, and the showroom remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Live Selling & Social Commerce Host and participate in live sales events across social media platforms. Confidently present jewelry products on camera while engaging viewers. Answer questions, demonstrate products, and create excitement around featured pieces. Convert viewers into customers through relationship-driven selling. Follow up with prospective customers after live broadcasts. Assist in preparing merchandise and displays for live selling events. Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies that grow online sales and customer engagement. What We're Looking For Strong sales skills and a passion for working with people. Experience with live selling, social commerce, or livestream shopping. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, automotive, furniture, wireless, or other commission-based sales environments.
