As a key player in our retail environment, you will manage pawn transactions, evaluate collateral, and build lasting relationships with customers. Your energetic approach will drive sales, promote trust, and ensure compliance with all policies related to loan origination and fraud prevention. Duties Conduct loan origination by evaluating collateral items and determining loan amounts based on market value and company policies Manage pawn transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management procedures Develop strong customer relationships through personalized service, upselling additional financial products or services when appropriate Prevent fraud by monitoring transactions closely, verifying customer identities, and adhering to security protocols Process loans efficiently using financial software and maintain detailed records of all transactions and customer interactions Assist customers with redemption or sale of pawned items while providing clear explanations of terms and conditions Maintain compliance with banking regulations and company policies related to retail math, cashiering, and financial services Experience Proven experience in financial sales, retail math, or cash handling roles within banking or retail environments Strong background in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods in financial transactions Experience in loan processing, credit evaluation, or pawnshop operations is highly desirable Familiarity with financial software systems, 10 key typing skills, and basic math proficiency required Ability to handle cash accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energetic approach and detailed expertise will make a real difference.
