This role is critical to setting the tone for the day by ensuring the store is fully prepared for morning operations and delivering exceptional customer service from the moment we open. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and open the store independently or with a small team Prepare and brew coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to PJ's standards Set up the store for daily operations (brewing, stocking, pastry display, cleanliness) Ensure all equipment is operational and ready for peak morning hours Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support team members during morning rush periods Schedule Requirements Monday -

Must be available to arrive by 5:00

AM Weekends:
