The host/hostess is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Manage seating and maintain an organized waitlist Answer phones and assist with reservations Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance and host stand Assist guests with questions and special requests Help create a friendly, professional atmosphere for every guest Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask while maintaining a welcoming attitude Previous restaurant or hosting experience with open table is a plus.
